Gas station restroom

As I walked in I could smell the restroom. For some reason it stunk like gas station restroom. Im not one to fuss so i grabbed my clorox and lysol wipes and cleaned the toliet. It kinda did the trick but something else was lingering and I couldnt help but mention on here. Only one elevator was working for the whole hotel and the close door button was missing with just a spring falling out. Furniture and walls were stained with God only knows what, it looked like feces. One of the shower walls was broken and all they did was put some sealant and call it a day. In order for you to turn the water on in that shower you have to get wet and that was is cold in the morning. My sheets were clean, my bed was comfy, and i felt safe which is whats mostly imporatnt for me. Im disappointed with the restroom though. That smell was pretty bad. Oh and The staff was extremely nice!

We had 3 rooms for a party of 7. Rooms and hotel are clean. The beds are very hard and the air would work occasionally. One of our rooms thermostat was broken, woke up to a 52 degree room and we asked the front desk if they could see about fixing it. First they told us that they do not have maintenance that could fix it then they said they were able to turn it up to 70 but that night the room was at 99 degrees. The staff did give a new room, however, they were not friendly about it.

Nice stay

This is a nice hotel and very clean. The beds and pillows are a little too hard for my comfort though. The TV had a good picture with a lot of channels. However, several times throughout the course of a movie, the cable service would go out for 30 seconds or so. The staff is very friendly.
