Friendly staff - who ever is training the staff is doing an excellent job! Even the mtce gentleman saw us having trouble with our suit case wheels on the hallway carpet. He came over I can help you with your suitcases. Two thumbs up.

Room was modern with comfortable bed and clean linens. Window coverings blocked out light from outside and provided lots of privacy. The downfall that we experienced was the smell in the room(s). We first checked into a standard king room and we're greeted by an overwhelming smell of floral air freshener or possibly cleaning product that seemed to be masking a mildewy smell underneath. We did ask to switch rooms because of this but had the same issue in second room. It was not a restful sleep before an early morning flight the next day all due to this odour. To the hotel management: please address this issue ASAP. Major allergies are triggered by strong scents and cause more than just a sniffle. This affected sinuses, coughing fits, itchy eyes and major headaches none of which are helpful for a productive day after being exposed to this type of environment. On a positive note though, the front desk agent that checked us in and had the room change done for us was excellent to deal with and had a great attitude through everything.
