Pésimo olor a humedad en el cuarto, acudí a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que si quería el cambio tenía que pagar. Horrible experiencia, no pude dormir
We arrived a little earlier since our daughter was sick we had to wait outside in the hot sun with a sick child for two hours until the room was ready, and I was told if I cancelled i would forfeit all fees. The room smelled like mold and we found lice on the sheets, AC was broken/

BEWARE!! NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT! Upon arrival I was given a room on the first floor that was absolutely disgusting. Hand towels had dirty hand prints on them, the room smelled horrible of mildew, the floors were always wet, dirty and slippery. The molding on the ceiling had mold and dust growing across the top of it, the mirror was cracked and dirty. Also no hair dryer iron any of that until I complained and they moved me to a room upstairs which had the amenities advertised but still looked nothing like the photos. In my opinion this is a Motel with Hotel added at the end of its name. It’s nothing like a hotel and nothing like the photos in the pics. I wanted a refund so I could relocate the Expedia person who helped me said go talk to desk I went to desk they told me Expedia wouldn’t refund me bc I was in the room 2 hours on the phone with Expedia for 40 of these mins trying to figure out what to do to get out of this situation. Left a bad taste in my mouth with Expedia. If you are selling something through pictures you should get what’s advertised not the Bates Inn!
