I book my stay at the Victoria Palm Nov. 28, 2025 at around 10:30 pm with Affirm Financial with a confirmation. I arrived at the Inn around 11 pm Nov. 28, 2025 and was told by the kind young man desk clerk that I required a refundable $100 on the debt card. My debt card did not have sufficient funds, so I told the clerk that I was gonna try to get a reloadable debt card, but if I did not come back, please cancel my reservation. I never got to see my room or was given a room key. When I tried to file a claim on Experian, had computer issues. I will continue to file a claim soon. There needs to be a better process for canceling reservations when reservations are book after the deadline of 7:30am of the. My reservations also included cancelation insurance.
