Falta mantenimiento mi cama como que se la base no estaba bien y se hundía e iba de lado el colchón o no se si el colchón estaba vencido si se descansa no está incómodo está muy suave pero si se hunde mucho de ahí excelente staff me echaron la mano con el late check out para poderme bañar tranquila después del mil shopping antes de irme 😂

Highly recommend, the staff was absolutely amazing so friendly and accomodating, from the staff at reception, housekeeping etc, such a pleasure and nothing was ever a problem. The room was very spacious and super clean. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, with hot and cold options. Nice pool and super close to the mall. This will be my go to place to stay when I am in McAllen.
