I requested ADA room with Roland shower. Made my reservations well in Advanced upon arriving did not notice that the curtains did not go up and down. It was stuck half open. There was no remote in that evening after going out for dinner we realize we couldn’t shut the blinds, spoke with the downstairs and she said that she said if there was no remote, And that she didn’t have another remote and apologize. But then when I continue talking with her telling her we needed to do something because my window window was facing where the sunrise is I’ve been up for 36 hours and was quite tired and awoken by the sunlight during the conversation, she hung up on the phone while I was talking to her. I’m an amputee I put my leg back on. I was in my pajamas. It was 1230 at night. Walked downstairs while she argued with me when I told her all we needed to do was to correct the situation, I told her I don’t care if we put aluminum foil on the windows get some cardboard boxes put them on the windows just something that does not let light in. She was very rude. I never raise my voice. She was training another person that evening she went and called her manager on the phone came back and said she couldn’t get a hold of the general manager at that point and then apparently the assistant manager general manager called her back and they were on their way, but I’ve worked with the public for 30 years. Great place to stay. In town for the reining horse show. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to Kiplinger. Per friendly which was great for our two pups.
