Not worth the money

My partner & I stayed there from 05/24/25 - 05/26/25. Parking was not easy. The parking garage goes from level 4-9, but hotel lobby to check in is on the 11th floor. After finding a parking spot on level 6 upon arriving it was very unclear how to get to hotel lobby. Not even 20 mins after arrival someone was stuck in elevator E causing long waits for elevator & very crowded. The website falsely advises no boring self pour pancake machines instead you will find brioche French toast. On day 1, we was served pre-cooked waffles. The potatoes were obviously frozen & popped in oven or air fryer and overcooked. Food was not hot enough & needed to be warmed up in the microwave. Day 2, the pancakes were dry, flat, & tough. Good variety but bad quality food. The couch in the room is so hard & uncomfortable. The pillows on the beds are even worse making it hard to get good nights sleep. The bed way too small to be a king. Coming from breakfast on last day, got on elevator with 3 Spanish speaking cleaning women. No greeting. But the one that got off on our floor promptly greeted another couple upon exiting elevator. For the money you pay it’s just not work it. Charging $25 per day for hotel guests to park is not costumer friendly! The hotel itself was beautiful. Windows & mirror in room was dirty also a stain on the sheet.

We stayed here for just one night and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—very close to shopping areas and the metro station. The rooftop was definitely the highlight of our stay, offering a great place to relax. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was a bit of a wait at check-in due to a rush of guests arriving at the same time, but everything else made up for it.
