Karen was very courteous, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was good. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins. Hotel was quiet and was in a good location. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only downside was that the the hotel is looking a bit older and needs updated. Nice stay overall.
