Excellent Staff
This is very nice hotel. Staff is ver attentive and helpful. At reception, Tala was an exceptional young lady. She was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, considerate and helpful. I commend Tala for all interactions with me. Alkiswa hotel is very lucky to have her as its team member. I am pretty sure she will be an important assets for your organization.

The hotel is very good, rooms were clean. Haram is 30-40 mins walk. The shuttle buses were very busy people pushing to get on board. They also stop only a 10 min walk away from hotel. So you would need to walk for another 20 mins to get to Haram. Best bet is to get a taxi to Haram tunnels. 15-20 riyals per journey.

Lots of beds perfect for families with young kids who cannot stay in a separate room. Lovely services like the kids play area and gym and friendly staff. They allowed us to check out late because our flight was midnight so very kind and welcoming

This was an okay hotel. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Makkah to just book a hotel as close to the Haram as possible. These shuttles were great, however they still drop you off a far walk away and getting back on when leaving the Haram is very chaotic. If you want to be able to properly spend time there it's important to have a hotel a good walking distance to be able to rest and freshen up. This hotel is very outdated and needs improvements. Overall, the room was okay. As most stated, there are stains on the carpets, the shower floor leaks easily, and just not as clean as expected. Our toilet was not flushing the first day but when we put in a request they sent someone pretty quickly to fix it. The breakfast was not good - you would think to pay an extra fee for it, it would be nice but the food looked old and wrapped from days before and not fresh at all. You are better off buying something from the Cafe near the lobby.
