The room is a good size but the furniture is dated. The headboard was broken. The bathroom was had mould and it flooded everytime you showered.

We stayed here for 3 days while on Umrah trip with family We are a young, active, and healthy family, and even for us, this location was the worst possible choice for everyone. I made the mistake of giving this hotel a chance, even after being warned by friends and relatives—a lesson learned for the future. There is absolutely nothing good about this hotel. The location is terrible, requiring a half-hour uphill walk to and from the Haram. The shuttle service is a joke—it barely saves 3–4 minutes of walking. Forget about taking a proper shower in the room; the entire bathroom floods. I highly recommend choosing hotels on Hijra Road or Ibrahim Khalil Road. Some of them are actually cheaper than this hotel, offer better quality, and don’t require any shuttle. You can easily walk to the Haram from those areas.

Services are excellent, there is a big laundry area as well, nice mosque inside the tower, shuttle service also good, Nothing is really bad in this hotel. I'll stay again inshallah just only lill walk where the shuttle drop of point its hard for elderly or people's who have kids.

It was ok

Reception staff was helpful. Bus service was available to go to the Holly Mosque after the busses drop of still a lot to walk. Was a little far from the desired location. Kids play area was closed during the whole stay. Toiletries was limited and poor quality. Room were small but price was OK compare to the others. Washing machine were available to wash your own cloths. A lot of food places and shopping places were on the walking distance.

Excellent experience at Al Kiswah Towers, good cleanliness, excellent reception, very good room service, 24/7 shuttle bus service to Haram, bag storage service when visiting Madinah, it deserves a better rating. I highly recommend it except for those with limited mobility.
