I took them 2 hrs to check me in The lady who checked me in her name Rowan was not prfessional. She kept me waiting and went inside the office.I checked in at 530 Pm. Not even aplogized. The hotel is very close to Haram Good quality food Great staff at the restaurant

Worth every penny

Would highly recommend this hotel for Umrah. Very close to the haram and brilliant service. We opted for breakfast and it was worth including; a huge variety to choose from.

This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel. Very close access to masjid al haram and clock tower. We stayed for three nights and MashaAllah it was a great experience. Even though we were not able to enjoy their breakfast due to timing and we being very tired, in sha Allah next time we will plan for a longer stay and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer.

Upon check-in, there was a slight delay as the rooms we had booked were not available at that moment. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond by upgrading us to a suite while we waited. This thoughtful gesture made a positive first impression, and we really appreciated their warm and welcoming attitude. The overall experience at Conrad was fantastic. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. The elevators were fast and efficient, which made getting around the property a breeze. The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious! Every meal we had exceeded our expectations, whether it was breakfast or dinner. Overall, I would definitely recommend Conrad for a comfortable and memorable stay. The service, facilities, and food all contributed to making this a positive experience. Will definitely be coming back!
