The hotel was very close to haram. The area is very busy. There are lots of strores around but getting to the hotel with taxi was challenging as the area was closed for periods of time throughout the day. Even when not closed, it is very busy

Thank you for the stay I would really recommend you change the carpet the smell wasn’t very pleasant in the room or even better get tiles because it was not giving clean and hygienic vibes and also upgrade the bathrooms too then it would be the perfect hotel to stay and convenient. Staff was very good and helpful no issues at all. This is a Honest review to better your services.

Close to the haram within walking distance. Only issue is that they didn’t find my booking on arrival I had to wait for the agent to close the main offfice or Expedia

Booked a twin room, given a small single room.

The room was not fit for a twin room. could not be accessed as the second single bed was put in front of the entrance literally. The shower is designed as a wet room, where you have to touch the toilet whilst showering. It was not suitable space.

Hotel was close to Haram. We prayed namaz right outside the hotel in the street. We arrived at 10:00 am Friday morning, they gave us the room right away. Next day we checked out at 2:00 pm after zuhur. The staff was very friendly.
