Close by modern, friendly and clean

Location was perfect for us and the service was nice and warm. The room was clean and cozy. the only downfall was a weird smell coming out of the air conditionner and we reported it, they refereshed the room but we decided not to use the AC and we were good after.

The hotel customer service is amazing ! Everyone one kind and super helpful. The Location is perfect. It’s directly across the street from the Haram. I previously stayed and the clock tower which was a great stay but it was too busy in the mall area getting to your room. This hotel is in the mix has access to stores but it’s very quiet. I loved my stay . Oh and the breakfast and dinner was tasty with a wide variety of options.

The hotel and staff were absolutely FANTASTIC! I totally recommend it. We were in Ramadan so it was very crowded and difficult to get into the Haram for Omra as they blocked the nearest entry point from the hotel to the haram. It would take about half an hour to get in. In other days I would assume it’s a lot easier. The hotel rooms and facilities are so well thought out and absolutely beautiful. We are full board at the hotel and the food was incredible.

One of the best places I have stayed. Extremely clean and tidy with a lot of amenities. Staff at reception was really helpful in sorting out our luggage and early check in since we arrived at our hotel earlier. Few minutes walk from Haram at a competitive price. Highly recommended.
