Easy walking distance to the Haram. Very nice hotel , convenient for families. Super fast lifts so you’re never waiting in the lobby. Breakfast opens late at 7am, hotel really needs to consider starting earlier around 6am straight after Fajr.

The hotel is a reasonably priced 5 star hotel great location with everything close by good staff was a pleasure to stay in I would highly recommend and definitely book again unlike the absolute horrid hotel we ended up in madina the al mokhtara diamond which spoilt our trip

Someone recommended me to stay there. Room and bathroom were neat and beds were comfy. Elevators were fast. But. There was less light in the room. here was maintenance problem in the room. Small lamps did not work. Main door lock was not working, so i could not lock whole night and it was sense of insecurity for me. Bathroom's exhaust did not work at all. Amenities were disappointing. They gave me 2 small water bottles of 500 ml, only 2 tea bags with milk n sugar, only one extra blanket. How could 2 small bottles were enough for me n my mother for drinking and then for kettle to make tea/coffee for 24 hours? House keeper said that these items will be provided again after only 24 hours. There is limitation of only 1 extra blanket. That is really disappointing for me. When ppl go to holy place and they nearest hotel to stay. They want piece of mind and want to focus on prayers. They don't want to do extra shopping of basic necessities, like water tea etc :( Side entrance of the hotel is closest to Haram, otherwise front entrance has long way and steep to come down. So I decided to use side door entrance that it closed to the Haram, but it does not have the Elevator for wheel chair option, only stairs and Escalator :( I have lived in other hotels, with same rent. but they provided unlimited water bottles, tea supplies and blanket. Maintenance was good as well. I will think twice to go there again.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, it’s my second time here. The hotel was such a beautiful and welcoming place and very close to the Haram, Alhamdullilah. Great customer service. Upon our arrivals, we were welcomed with a smile and easy check in. We found an unwanted guest in our room which got resolved immediately with a room change and was offered a free breakfast to all 4 guest through all of our stay. The TV Signal was also an issue in the new room which the technicians couldnt get to the bottom of but it wasnt essential for us. Hotel is very close to the haram within 10mins walk then you can decide where in the haram you want to go and Athan can be heard from our room. I would stay here again despite some of the aforementioned. Also thanks to Sundus from customer service team.
