I picked this hotel mainly because it’s so close to the Haram, but I didn’t realise how great it actually was until I arrived and stayed during my Umrah. It honestly went above and beyond what I expected. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Haram, which made it super easy to get to prayers and do everything without feeling rushed or worn out, even when it was really busy. What really made the difference for me was the service. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, always happy to help with anything. You can tell they really care about making your stay comfortable, and that meant a lot to me.

Great Location. Great food. just a slight little niggle was the housekeeping staff were not "fairmont standard" . Bed not made properly, just tucked the duvet in, but didnt care about under sheets. The wardrobe light would not go off despite door being closed due to ill fitting door. Alson only one set of bath robes, despite 2 adults staying in room. Think more training needed on thebstandards expected of Fairmont worldwide, rather than comparing standards of hotels in vacinity.
