We were very pleased with our stay. Your staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are also great. I would like to mention that our room service person, Mizanur Rahman, was very helpful! Beware of the steep climb to the hotel

A lovely room and wonderfully maintained by Shelim who was always very polite and courteous to anything required to allow our stay to be comfortable. I chose this hotel for its closeness to haram access via bridge however this was not the case. The route was longer than expected due to construction, and it was a steep climb. Felt disappointed for the price i paid due to the location.

They had the bridge closed to masjid haram. Going down the hill was easy but coming up the hill was really terrible. Especially after doing umrah. We really got tired. Overall it was good.

The stay was good and staffs were very helpful. They gave me a free breakfast and extended my check-out time without charging me anything. I don’t know all the staff’s names, but the guy named Salim cleaned my room very well and made sure I had enough water, shampoo, and other necessities. I appreciate his help. Thank you.
