The breakfast had lot of variety, but not done correctly, Yes there are many options to eat, but I was not able to eat or taste. EIther I did not have any taste or chef was not good. Secondly, there was no coffee, No good espresso machine ( 5 star hotel?). I was provided with instant Nescafé?? I did not see any tea either. Is this property 5 star? The room was extremely small compared to other hotel we had a room with 4 beds, bathroom was small as well The hotel was very good on concierge services, they were very helpful for loading our luggage to car to Airport and very efficient .

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very good too. The best location in Makkah with direct access to the clocktower and 5 minutes from Haram walking. No long elevator rides. 10/10. This will be the hotel I choose to stay in for all future visits.
