Excellent hotel, very good service. Walking to Haram is approximately 20 mins down one main road or you can get the free shuttle bus which runs regularly to drop you to Haram as well as collect you.

Great hotel with complimentary shuttle

Amazing trip and excellent friendly staff - especially the guy at the front desk. Also offer luxury coach shuttle service to the Haram and back 24/7 for not extra charge. Really peaceful hotel. Last time I stayed right near the Kaabha but that was too hectic and much more expensive. This was more peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money and nice find. Coming back from Friday prayers too a long time but other that the other days were much less.

The hotel and services like housekeeping are definitely top notch, staff is really courteous and well trained, it gives you 5 star feeling thanks to the cleaning crew. However, hotel should try to go above and beyond in providing luggage transportation to nearest taxi stand when there are blockades due to salah. I was with my mom who was on a wheel chair and it was a really difficult experience. We had to request management to allow luggage to be dropped off at the hotel entrance. Its not on the hotel but it would be great for customer experience to have bell boys drop you to nearest taxi stand (charge to our bill ofcourse). Moreover please work on the wifi, doesn’t load videos and really slow.

Everything was excellent I love this hotel to middle Eastern standards it’s a 5 star hotel but to the American standards it’s okay .. but I loved the staff and location and room service was outstanding I will be staying here again insh Allah for sure !

Poor shuttle service to Haram . During our stay no service at least from midnight fo Fajar and staff won’t tell you that’s is NOT running at this time . May be they can have a dedicated person to guide people about shuttle service . Walking is give or take 40 minutes to Haram . Rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities.
