Most terrible stay of my life
The hotel is terrible. It is just a bed in a room that becomes very dirty as nobody cleans your room. There is nothing like 4 star in this hotel except a massive building. No service at all. No housekeeping and no room service. Staff is rude and demand money for every little thing they do. If you want an extra empty plate they will charge 15 Riyal. I have never seen a reception as rude as in this hotel. I will not recommend staying in this hotel.

It was great for the price but very inconvenient if you are looking to go to the haram often. Some services were great such as breakfast. Bus service was decent when going to haram but coming back was a pain. Took forever. No charging ports by the beds. Called for help and the the guy said go buy long cord plug ins so you can plug in the chargers.
