Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. One restaurant in walking distance but was out of season so limited opening hours. Same for hotel on site restaurant in the evenings. Supermarket just down the street which was very helpful.

The hotel is in a good condition, clean. Used towels are changed every day and the sheets every 4 days. Restaurant is clean and the personnel is very well trained. Good WiFi in our room. That's the good part. Now the bad part. -Over-crowded small parking, parked cars almost glued to each other at their directions. When you leave, although you ask them at the reception to make room for you, nothing happens. -Parking is after 12.00 at check-in and although there are free parking spaces, you are not allowed to park. This restriction is not mentioned either on the hotel site or on the booking sites. The attitude of security agents is arrogant. We were not even allowed to enter the hotel! - The bus to the beach does not have air conditioning although some races due to the bad program made are full. Passengers get to argue with each other. The first race to the beach is at 9.00, much too late and at lunch from the beach to the hotel there is a break between 11.40 and 13.10 even during the lunch table. Do managers want their guests to stop eating? Do they think they eat too much food? - Food and drinks are not at 4 * level. The coffee is instant, the drinks are fake, from the dispenser, the soups are tasteless, the cakes look good (some), but the taste is plastic. - The back lane with stairs leading to the resort is in very bad shape, dirty with unbearable odor at the end. - The adult entertainment quality was rather poor.

The food quality was not great, we did go during off season so the outdoor amenities were not in order, however we did manage to swim in the outdoor pool only because we could handle the cooler water

The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia Customer Service confirmed that we had All Inclusive and partially reimbursed us, which was great. However, the staff and manageress's attitude and customer skills were outrageously bad or non-existent should I say. Instead of mitigating the issue in some manner, the manageress was quite argumentative and outright rude. My advice to all customers is, please avoid this hotel at all costs. They do not deserve your attention and money.

A horrible stay. Hotel wasn’t fully opened. Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors. Door lock was kind of broken, anyone could get in. Linens were full of stain. We asked for a refund of our second night since it wasn’t even a night just we needed late check out at 16:30 and manager lied into our eyes that we will get it, then told to expedia “no refund, we can stay an extra day ir get a free parking” note: we had no car and was on a business trip. This hotel is part of a large complex of about six hotels. Half of which are closed. It is at the far end and is the smallest and closest to the beach. There is no pool so you have to use the one two hotels further along. There are plenty of sunbeds on local beaches and the terrace. The lobby is very attractive and our room, which had a large balcony, was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The food is plentiful but uninspiring - not dissimilar to motorway service area standard. The hot food is generally tepid, but soups and salad were good. The reception and room cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, but the majorly of the restaurant staff were surly and unsmiling. The vast majorly of guests were Romanians and Bulgarians, with a small number of Germans. However, most staff speak some English and all the signage is in English. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the hotel is certainly not 4* standard and is overpriced.

The price was good comparitively for this area at this time, but as a seaside location, Varna is still more expensive than other Bulgarian cities. I did have buffet breakfast included, however. The buffet seems to be normally rated as excellent, but I would just say that it was ok. Yes, there was a selection similar to most full buffets, but more modest in size, perfectly edible but not special, and the prices and quality when I had one dinner I would describe as similarly ok, but just average. The staff were great, and the room was clean with everything I needed, and the location was great for me, travelling with heavy bags, because it is only about 200metres from the train station, and other transport options to Varna are limited. You can fly, but there aren't many flights, long range buses don't run every day, and train travel is very cheap. I have found the trains reliable, even though they look and feel like they are held together with cloth tape :) You can walk from this hotel to anywhere at the Port, beautiful Sea Garden, or the centre, if you are happy with 15-30 minute walks. The hotel standards in Varna, in spite of it being a major Black Sea resort town, are not as good as in Sofia or Plovdiv, so travellers should try to reach up an extra star rating to get what they normally expect. The city has a lovely location, however. My overall good rating, therefore, reflects that this was a comfortable and good option in Varna, and I will stay here again.

We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned. The comfort of the room also didn't feel like a 4* experience. In addition, there were not enough Shezlongs on the beach so unless you got up really early in the morning you had to either put your towel on the sand or pay 15 euro for the paid Shezlongs next to the hotel area on the beach.
