El personal en general, muy atentos y serviciales, lo unico q no me gustos q la poca libertad para recibir visitas, mi familia se tenia q ir muy temprano por que sino salian antes de las 10:00pm cobraban por la persona adicional, me he quedado ennotros apartahoteles y nunca me sucedio algo asi, pero de resto lo recomiendo muy seguramente!

Lights switches broken, ironing table missing, heater on even in the very sunny day (room hot) this situation was reported but not fixed all my stay. Silverware missing Who ever clean my room did an awesome job. I replace the bathroom tissue holder found the paper and broken holder in the trash can underneath it.

Great place to stay for a few days. I stayed 4 nights and probably stay there again on my next trip to Colombia. I liked that it is not near any night club and about 15 minutes drive/ride from Poblado. If you don't mind spending the extra 15-20 minutes drive/ride, this is a good option, affordable and breakfast included.

The place was centrally located to shopping, food l, and transportation! The staff were very helpful and friendly and were there to assist if needed. The breakfast was delicious and was always on time, we will definitely stay there again!!

Valentina and Tatiana were awesome. I didn't learn as much Spanish as I would have liked but With translations through my telephone they were very helpful. There was a mall across the street. And around the corner less than a 5 minute walk away there was a strip of restaurants and drug stores. And it was an apartment not a hotel room.
