Jhon was very accommodating. I visited with a large group of elderlies which can be a challenging situation for anyone. But he help me navigate through every request with ease and patience. The hotel was close to tours, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and other tourist spots. I was a great location. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. Again, great location and great staff

We love the location, very natural surroundings. Staff was amazing specially Andres. What we don't like was that the elevators are very slow and one was damaged for two days. In addition room service was from 630am to 2pm, after that you don't have any option in the hotel and must go out to buy something.

I have to say that the service was great. everyone at the front desk was always very friendly and happy to assits us. I have to give props to Stiven in the front desk and Natalia at the breakfast who gave us their great attention.

The mini bar was empty and at checkout they asked if I took anything? It was empty. I also had dirty towels and a shower the flushed poorly. My room was super noisy, you can hear the pipes when people flushed their toilets or used their showers. At around 11pm there was super loud music from the room next door 2 nights in a row. It was super loud and I did complain to the front desk and it did stop. But it’s just rude! I went for a walk around 7pm next to the hotel and there were a dozen shirtless guys playing some kind of coin game. As they saw me walking by I got cat called and some even started to follow. I did like the free coffee & water service in the afternoons but there was none sadly in the mornings. Staff is friendly and the hotel architecture itself is pretty cool.

The Staff and Service were excellent. Rodrigo and Andres attended immediately every need. The least I liked about our room was the shower. Since it was an open space the floor got wet easily. Other than that, all was good.
