Staff were great and food was delicious. Room always clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a very convenient location, although not walkable expect for a big Shopping mall; but not a problem at all ‘cause Uber works perfectly fast and cheap.

Had ants in room upon arrival. After showing the bellman he returned about an hour later and wiped down the surface but that didn’t stop them. Front desk didn’t allow us to switch rooms and we were advised that this is how it is in Columbia. They weren’t everywhere and after copious amounts of hand sanitizer/alcohol sprayed on and around the cabinets (daily) it was an ok stay overall.

I did not receive any benefit as stated for the VIP offer. The mini bar was very expensive without prices listed. The staff was friendly but did not offer any benefits. The walls are very thin. If you can sleep through noise then you will be fine. The hotel is clean, staff is nice, the rooftop is beautiful.

First floor rooms are very noisy

Booked two rooms for family vacation of 4 nights, both of them happened to be on first floor. The chattering from lobby till late night ; early morning breakfast room noise can be clearly heard from our rooms. Other than that no complaints, spacious, clean room, great breakfast.

This property was very quiet and the views were great. The staff was friendly and when me and my husband had an issue they were at our room in less than 5 minutes to fix the issue. The rooftop restaurant has amazing drinks as well.

Very instagramable foyer and decor. The bedroom walls were very thin so I kept being woken up my noises outside for e.g. I was woken up my another guest's (who was in another room) alarm clock and we could hear other guests talking. The room was tinier than expected but comfortable. The staff was accommodating; the included breakfast was a win.
