First off, they put us in a room that was just below construction work being done so all day from 10 AM till four Ish there was hammering and drilling going on. Then, the rooms do not come with a blow dryer, which you would expect a high-end hotel like this to have all of the amenities. We had to call down three times and wait over 35 minutes to get a blow dryer sent up. And the safe was broken. We also had some medication delivered that they could not find, but as soon as we showed them, a photo of that being delivered, they magically were able to find it. Very disappointed will never stay there again and do not recommend it. There are plenty other nice hotels in El Poblado to stay.

Basically a good hotel. We spent about a week there. Great location and a wonderful breakfast. The 43 Street restaurant was excellent, but Tony Romas sucked. The steak was so tough that I couldn’t eat it. The room was fine, except for a couple of points. While taking a shower, the water temperature would suddenly go from just right to very cool or to boiling hot. Also, the doors made a lot of noise when closing and they were poorly sealed, so the noise in the room was disturbing. Otherwise, very quiet.

I actually had a very bad experience with one of your employees at the front desk. I requested a room key and the employee said I needed to pay $20,000 pesos. I said why do I have to pay this if I'm paying so much money for the room, food, room service, etc. He was very rude and the woman working with him at the front desk was very rude as well (this was in the morning last week). I spoke with the manager and she gave me a free room key and I reported the incident to her. With this type of hotel I expected better service.

El hotel me gusto aunque creo hay muchas cosas que se podrían mejor 1-que hay que pagar por adelantado y si uno decide irse antes aunque anuncie la partida unas 48 o 24 horas antes no tiene reeborson 2- yo ocúpenla habitación 802 y para la evaluación del hotel y ser de tantas estrellas creo deberían mejorar el toilet y a veces se quedan los papeles y hay que darle a el agua por mucho tiempo para descargar, creo merecen tener uno mejor 3- ya en los hoteles más económicos de muchas partes tienen un blower disponible, aquí si necesita uno hay que llamar a que se lo lleven y esperar por el
