I’ve had the pleasure of staying with you several times, and one of the highlights for me has always been your breakfast buffet — truly a five-star experience. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I was quite disappointed. In my opinion, the breakfast this time was poor compared to previous stays. The variety, freshness, and overall quality just didn’t meet the standard I had come to expect. It’s a shame, as your breakfast buffet has always been one of the reasons I chose your hotel. The reception was amazing. Just like the First time i arrived. Unfortunately in comparison to my first visit about 6 months ago. Security guards are not consistent. Restaurant staff need some work. But the front desk and cleaning have continued to be great quality towards guests.
