The hotel is very safe and clean. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good with traditional colombian varieties. Also their roof stop is very nice with a bar and appetizer’s.

El hotel es precioso pero deben tener en cuenta que está ubicado en una zona donde existe mucha actividad nocturna. El ruido a altas horas y las bocinas de los autos no nos dejaban dormir. Tuvimos que usar unos tapones de ruido que no proveyeron en el cuarto. Por lo demas, todo muy lindo.

Un 10 en todo: servicio, limpieza y detalles. Un verdadero descubrimiento. Queríamos un lugar especial para el cumpleaños de mi esposa y el Hashtag98 fue la elección perfecta. Desde el check-in, el trato fue cálido y profesional. La sorpresa de encontrar un bizcocho con una felicitación en la habitación nos robó una sonrisa y muestra el nivel de detalle y calidez humana que manejan. Si bien no es un hotel que se anuncie como de 5 estrellas, su servicio y esmero demuestran una ambición y un cuidado que superan a muchos que sí lo son. Se nota que trabajan con pasión para ofrecer una experiencia excelente. Por el precio, obtienes muchísimo más. Puntos destacados: · Servicio: Espectacular. Atentos a todo sin ser invasivos. · Limpieza: Impecable en la habitación y áreas comunes. La ropa de cama estaba impecablemente limpia y fresca. · Comodidad: ¡La cama es SÚPER cómoda! Dormimos de maravilla. El cuarto que seleccionamos en el paquete era de un tamaño perfecto. · Baño: La ducha tipo rain shower es una delicia, con agua caliente y buena presión. Un pequeño consejo para mejorar sería añadir un hand shower (ducha de mano) para mayor versatilidad. · Valor agregado: Aunque no tienen room service, el restaurante Amena en el primer piso es una gran ventaja. Tiene comida muy buena y precios accesibles, especialmente el desayuno. Pequeña sugerencia para ellos: Un clóset un poco más amplio hubiera sido perfecto para organizar todas las cosas.

I had a great experience my room was always clean. Also all the staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s very centric area you can walk around to Provenza, food restaurant and a variety of shops.
