It was a very nice hotel, however just a bit noisy. If you would like a little more quiet it may not be the right fit for you. I enjoyed myself, and would recommend this hotel still.

OK - Good Staff, but Small & Noisy
The hotel was OK. It looks better in the pics than in real life, but is fine in terms of condition. The room was much smaller than anticipated, but the main problem was the noise... They need to do much better with noise-reducing windows, curtains, etc. The area has a lot of bars and clubs, and the rooms look right over some extremely loud establishments. I didn't realize how bad the noise would be no matter what floor you're on.

NEVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Sleeping in the room or on the street would have been the same in terms of the levels of noise. I have not shut one eye the entire night. When I went downstairs at 2.30am to ask to cancel the rest of my stay and a receipt of my cancellation, I was told to wait until 8am the next morning til the manager was there. When I finally asked the manager for the receipt, she made me wait until almost 12pm to give it to me, so I could only depart 4 hours after she had arrived. Needless to say, incredibly bad experience when paying $120USD should have provided me with a minimum of peaceful sleep. On a separate note, the hotel staff knows it's super noisy and they get these complaints all the time, so I was told. At least they should be honest about it and announce it beforehand. What a waste of time, sleep and comfort.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located in El Poblado with eateries, shops, rooftop lounges and bars all within walking distance. The staff are amazing and very helpful with any inquiries or requests. I celebrated my 31st birthday whiles staying at the hotel and was met with a birthday greeting card and birthday cake the day of my birthday. They also offer airport transfers for guests if needed. Although the rooms are quaint, the design is very modern and stylish.

I recently stayed at Hashtag 98 and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. One of the highlights is its prime location, just a three minute walk to some of the best restaurants and nightclubs in the area. It was so convenient to explore the vibrant nightlife and enjoy delicious meals without needing to travel far. Overall, I highly recommend Hashtag 98 for anyone looking to stay in a stylish hotel while being close to all the action!

We just returned from Hashtag 98 Hotel, and wow—what an experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and positivity that made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond, always helpful and genuinely friendly, making our stay that much more memorable. The location is unbeatable, perfectly situated close to everything we wanted to explore. Every corner of the hotel was impeccably clean, which truly enhanced our comfort. But above all, it was the incredible team that stood out. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest happiness are something special! We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
