This hotel is excellent perfect location, 5 min away from provenza and great dinning options around. The only problem is that the rooms are too small, specially the bathroom.

We a group of 9 stayed at hotel from February 4-12 While hotel is well located and clean, our friend and daughter had money and jewelry stolen just about 3 hours after check in. The entire front desk staff including 2 security guards were horrible in assisting with any kind of help, the only thing they did was show us footage from motion activated camera, only after we insisted for 2 days to see. We believe that the footage was manipulated to only show guests passing by our friend’s room but no one going in and out. Definitely footage was erased unless there is a way in and out of window or a ghost in the hotel. We are convinced that this was an inside job, btw the hotel manager never wanted to speak to us. While hotel is clean and well located, safety is definitely a big concern.

While the location and cleanliness of the property were very good, the group I was traveling with experienced an unfortunate event. Two of my friends had money and jewelry stolen from their room. The front desk staff were not helpful: they kept saying that their supervisor was not on duty on weekends and when they showed us the camera recordings, there was no footage of someone (either hotel staff or floor guests) entering my friend’s room. The group believes the recording was tampered with, and that this isn’t the only time theft has occurred in the hotel. Keep an eye out to your belongings, and always use the room safe! Stay alert with this hotel and staff, because theft might be a recurring issue.

The rooms are very small. Poor lighting in hallway made people feel unsafe. The breakfast was too expensive compared to price in area. Linen was dirty and had to change room. Temperature in shower head change from hot to cold without touching.
