Nice & comfortable room, good service all the time, friendly staff. The only less positive thing is that municipality worked at night in the close neighborhood of the hotel, disturbing our sleep.

The hotel itself is lovely. But if you can't sleep at a hotel, it doesn't really matter how nice it is. There are multiple clubs blasting reggaton until 4 am on the street. The hotel provides earplugs and a white noise machine, but it didn't do much good as the issue is the bass from the music which is more vibration then noise. You could feel it in the walls and even the mattress. Unless you are a *very* sound sleeper, this is not the place for you. First time in my life I have walked away from a prepaid reservation and lost the money, but there was no way I would have spent another night here. This should really be mentioned when booking, as the hotel is obviously aware of the issue.

Cuando llegamos a la habitación 206 el área de la ducha está horriblemente lleno de hongo. Casualmente vimos a nuestra ama de llaves y le comentamos ella muy amablemente se comunicó con mantenimiento y resolvieron el problema al segundo día de nuestra estadía . Margarita fue muy atenta durante nuestra estadía de 10 días siempre hizo nuestro cuarto de la mejor manera . Un día llegamos después de un largo día y me sorprendió encontrar todos mis zapatos muy bien arreglados todos en orden . Excelente atención Yo y mi esposa somos gerentes de la compañía Hilton por 25 años y nos gusta visitar otras cadenas para comparar . 2 empleados que hacen una gran labor Leonardo en el dessyuno Margarita en housekeeping

Loved my stay at Hashtag 98 Hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi and had amazing city views. The rooftop bar is a must-see, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Perfect location in El Poblado, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!
