Trendy hotel, but very noisy

Hotel is trendy and tastefully decorated. Staff are friendly. Sauna and cold plunge pool on the roof are fantastic, we used them every day. The negative is it is very noisy from nearby bars, the price you pay for the great location. They make this clear to you on check-in and provide ear plugs and a white noise machine in your room. This just about drowns out the beat of the music. We were in a room at the front of the hotel, we were told by another guest that the rear is quieter, so request that!

Great stay. Nice clean room with great air conditioning and a great private feeling balcony. The pool area well maintained and was a great break from the heat. Solid breakfast included and was dropped off at the room in the morning. Had no problem checking out at 630am to get to early flight and when we discovered the city was closed to cars for a race, Benjamin at the front desk helped us bring our bags about 0.5km to get out of the walled area. Highly recommend.

Area is extremely loud!! We were woke up at 4 am to loud music in our room from the outside. The area outside the hotel is a nonstop party. There are prostitutes, wanna be rappers carrying speaker that will troll you while walking and lots of people. Not the best option for those over 40 or traveling with kids

The Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all. If you looking to party and enjoy the night life this is the place because you can listen to the music playing since 4 or 5 pm. The bar in the rooftop is little but cozy perfect to begin the night with a few drinks before go out . The only bad part is that outside people only can stay in the rooftop until 9pm and after that they are not allow in your room , the staff will charge u around 100 dollars for a person to stay, no is bad if you have friends that are staying in different hotels and want to spend some time with you while you get ready . Besides that the place is nice and clean .

The property was good, however the street it is in is pedestrians only so it’s hard to get there and leave when you have heavy bags. It’s super noisy… wear earplugs or just stay at a different place all together

This property is in prime location close to allot of restaurants, bars and night club. The rooms are nice and modern. The hotel has allot of amenities (spa, sauna, rooftop jacuzzi & restaurant at the entrance). My only complaint would be the cleaning of the rooms that was not done properly. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and very thankful to the front desk team for accommodating our request.

Very cute hotel in a great area

We had a great stay - the location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are cute, and the roof is really nice (good bar, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna). We felt safe in the area, but we were not out past 9/10pm. The only two things to note are 1) the bathroom is not blocked off from the room the sink and shower are very much kind of in the center of the room (but still semi private) and 2) the neighborhood has a ton of night life so you will hear some loud music, it was nothing we couldn’t sleep through ultimately - note we were not there over a weekend so cannot speak to how much louder it gets

Great stylish hotel

Absolutely loved the place. The jacuzzi with the view of Medellin, the sauna and cold plunge were top notch! The room were adorably decorated, we stayed on second floor and as we were warned about the noise we realized it wa syrupy minimum. We will go back!

Good location, great staff and great service; we got the suite in 5th floor and we found it a bit small compared to other hotels but high quality amenities. Great location for tour pick ups and plenty of dinning options around. We had a great time and will definitely come back again.

The premium suite with the bathtub and double shower was perfect. We were on the fifth floor which is above/right at the tree canopy giving us both a view of the city/mountains as well as the street below the trees but the sound didn’t seem to reach us much or interrupt our sleep. The white noise machine in the room was a great addition too.
