it's a great property. but they need to state their guest policy more clearly. it needs to be listed on their website and expedia and booking. Again, it's a great hotel, but some of us like to bring guests home.

Good location, great staff and great service; we got the suite in 5th floor and we found it a bit small compared to other hotels but high quality amenities. Great location for tour pick ups and plenty of dinning options around. We had a great time and will definitely come back again.

The premium suite with the bathtub and double shower was perfect. We were on the fifth floor which is above/right at the tree canopy giving us both a view of the city/mountains as well as the street below the trees but the sound didn’t seem to reach us much or interrupt our sleep. The white noise machine in the room was a great addition too.

If you want to party everyday, this is your place to stay. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, clubs, etc. If you want to read books during your vacation, don't come here. The hotel is in the center of a walking distric. Very cozy decoration.

I would recommend to my friends when they visit Medellin - quiet but great location near everything. Only problem I had was they started repairs on the room about me and woke me up before 8am. They have to not let this happen. Otherwise, really liked the Hotel. Note, it does not have any other amenities like a pool or gym.

The hotel were incredible unique, the room, the rooftop Jacuzzy, the service, all! The only comment is the noise coming from bars near the hotel.

The customer service was great, the place was clean, great location and the room was nicely decorated. We were told about the noise in the area and they even told us that if after one night we didn't want to stay, they understood and there would be no penalty. It was loud but we managed and appreciate the heads up.

Very nice hotel in heart of poblado close to many restaurants and bars, lots of options.. many shopping areas. Not loud like its made out to be. Hotel provides ear plugs if needed. I would stay here again!
