Old run down hotel, staff is ok, food is good, dirty room, out dated, hair and debris even after housekeeping cleaned. Nothing near by on walking distance. Breakfast have a good selections and some of the servers and culinary staff are very friendly. Staying and worked in several hotels across the states and other countries, so far one of the depressing properties that i ever stayed.

This is a great mid-size hotel for all travelers. The staff is great and super professional, and courteous. The hotel manager was very kind and thoughtful towards all of the guests' needs. I highly recommend this hotel!! Thumbs up all the way!

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. I typically stay at Casa Dann Carlton or Dann Carlton Bogota if they are full. The quality of their breakfast food is far superior not just in variety, but in freshness.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days recently. During the afternoon of my second day, the air conditioning broke and was dowm for a few hours. The temperature in the room became unbearable. When I checked out, I asked the front desk receptionist if they could do anything about this inconvenience, like comp one of my lunches or something. He informed me that the person who "handles that" was not on duty and I would have to reach out later after returning home. As such, when I got back home, I sent a message to the hotel explaining the situation. I heard nothing in response. So I watied a few days and followed up on my initial request to speak to someone. Again, nothing. So I waited another few days and reached out for a third time. Again, nothing, Their total disregard for a guest's feelings is astonishing. It's like as soon as I checked out they cannot get any more revenue from me so they do not care. I would not stay at this hotel if you want a hotel that is responsive to its guest's needs.

The best of this hotel is the people! Alexander is an amazing person and Pedro very helpful, customer service is amazing. This hotel makes us feel special. Great food, excellent breakfast, best and variety dishes at dinner, we also had a singer by the piano at dinner and live music. The Comfy beds, love the pillows, beds always clean, suite has 2 clean bathrooms, and the sofa bed is a very comfortable bed. Thank you for every detail you prepare for us. You need transportation to go in or out the hotel, but there is many options Pedro has, very affordable. Actually we found Didier and Julian as a very trustworthy transport service.
