The property offers good service and everything needed was close by. The breakfast is rice and eggs daily however i found a nice sidewalk restaurant nearby for a more complete breakfast. My only complaint is that when you leave the room all power is automatically turned off by the key card. This interfeared with the charging of my devices.

The check-in process was terribly slow. It took well over 30 minutes to get us checked in. We had 2 rooms and they gave us a room different than what we had reserved. We had to go back and get this corrected. The cleaning staff is consistently in a less than pleasant mood. They do not acknowledge your presence and sometimes answer your greeting back. To get additional towels or blankets, they required you to go to the 12th floor and wait for someone to finally assist you. The 'American breakfast' is a joke. The food is cold, not a breakfast like meal, as they served rice with no protein choice. The water for hot tea was cold. Everything in the room is an additional cost, from bathroom soap, etc. Anyone is allowed in the hotel, as they have an open bar to the public on the 12th floor. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Although the hotel was clean and service at front desk was OK, the ONE OF THE SECURITY PERSONNEL was very DISRESPECTUL to us and we had to complain to the Mangaer. Without knowing the backround of the Guest, this particular Guard has INSULTED us and all our Tour Program got SERIOUSLY AFFECTED, as the person he has INSULTED was a TOUR GUIDE and she LEFT IMMEDIATELY without telling us and all our program got serously affected.
