Area is safe and if you like to party is the perfect place for that. It has plenty of restaurants to choose from. I did not like the loud music since my room was facing the front of the st where all the restaurants and bars are, and i was able to hear the music until 4am in the morning . If you want a quiet place this will not be the place for you unless you ask for rooms in the back of the prooerly

The rooms are comfortable n large and renovated excellentnts there same with the staff. But there's this weird breakfast ticket system and the breakfast isn't even that good but other than that no complaints really.
