Outstanding hotel for competitive price
We were in Medellin for 3 nights. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with fresh cooked omelette! Restaurant has a very good menu with some exotic dishes. The front desk available 24 hours and very helpful. Excellent location and the tour groups easily pick up. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Strict ID policy. Any guests you invite to your hotel have to have a stamped visa in their passport or Colombian ID. No exceptions. Hotel had good location and service. Edwin was the best staff person.

This is my second time at this property. The rooms are spacious and very clean (I stayed in the balcony suite). The location is perfect because you can get Parque Lleras and Pobaldo very quickly by foot. It's also very centralized for a quick taxi, if needed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall great bang for your buck. it's nice with modern amenities.

I made sure to get a room that’s quiet as my husband has trouble sleeping. The room they gave us was so noisy that even myself who have no problem sleeping could not sleep. When brought to their attention, they ignored and just said this is Colombia and you hear music at night. Just a side note that the music was laud until 4 AM. 😩
