Great and no issues. The only inconveniencewas that hhe restaurant at the first floor wasn't part of hhe hotel and because of tha there was no way to charge to the room, so i has ho go back to the room for the card wen usually restaurants and other services within a hotel premises are available to do a room charge.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel El Zarzo in El Poblado, Medellín! The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfectly reflecting the vibrant spirit of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Wow where do I begin ! Amazing staff , very safe hotel I loved that as a woman I traveled alone and felt SAFE ! In the hotel the staff remembers everyone by name, which I truly appreciated, not to mention you can’t go on different floors of the hotel unless you scan your card which is programmed to each floor! As a woman who traveled Solo alone to I APPRECIATE THAT SO MUCH ! Wow I can go on and on the front desk, the breakfast and staff, the cleaning staff, the rooftop staff , the food 10/10 ! I will return soon.

The customer service here is outstanding. Every staff member at the front desk was phenomenal. I didnt have much interaction with other employees but when i did, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms were great. The downfalls are that it is a bit noisy. And there is no pool or fitness center.
