The Heiss Hotel is such a beautiful place. Very close to lots of amazing restaurants and attractions. Luckily for me the hotel recently completed the construction of their new rooftop restaurant, bar, lounge, pool and gym which provides an incredible view of the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are pretty small but it was perfect for a solo traveler as myself.

I been visiting and Living in MedellínBogota for 11 years stayed in many hotels and I can definitely say this hotel was a really good place to stay. I just spent a week at this place and I would stay again. I basically just used to sleep as I was out visiting friends and places. But a place to relax comfortably.

Honestly, the only thing I can complain about is that the shampoo & conditioner are combined into one.. and I think that being the only complaint provides a pretty outstanding review for how great this hotel is. I'm very happy; it was well priced, is in a very nice and walkable area, the staff are helpful, the room is very clean and nice, and the cafe downstairs is great for a coffee

Great stay..friendly staff from bellman,housekeepers to front desk..pretty new Hotel with great rooftop bar and pool( wasn't opened yet)..small room more then 2 big suitcases will be tight but balony was a huge plus..will be sure to stay again
