Great location that’s close to the newer, quieter spots of El Poblado. I like that the hotel had a restaurant downstairs. Convenient for when it rained.

The luxury suite that was booked had hair all over the floor and dust when we got into the room. Housekeeping came every day, and it was clear that the floors were never cleaned. But I appreciated the balcony and the kitchenette.

The property was very nice, located in a safe area, the bed was confortable, the rooms are small and don't have anogh space to put your luggage, this was the only thing they can improve, great hotel for the price.

The bathrooms had the worst small it’s as if the sewage Oder was exiting through the toilet. The men at the front desk were absolutely rude and unpleasant.. not welcoming at all….the nicest person there during the week we stayed was housekeeping especially Christina she was absolutely pleasant and helpful.
