We paid for a room with lagoon view and the lagoon in floor 1 was not present. The view was to the pool with poor private stay everybody in pool near ti us. We paid for lagoon view and it was not the room requested. I called reception they told us they are going to ask if they can change us and never called to answer us. Was not a pleasant stay like we requested and pay

We Planned to stay there for 3 days Emailed the reservation email 3 times for new accommodations No response. Resquested a room decoration for our birthday (my husband and I - same day) they emailed me the pics and the options and nothing was done. Front desk showed zero accountability for it. I was glad that I canceled the other 2 nights. Beautiful hotel... but the staff was not even trying to assist or accommodate any of our needs
