Las habitaciones no eranss mejores. Las almohadas incómodas, cobija solo una y no de buena calidad y el mayor defecto estaba en el baño, ya que el retrete no tenía tapa y el área de ducha no tenía puerta o cortina y eso generaba que el resto del baño se llenara de agua

Bathroom was broken. Water all over. The noise was unbearable. Had 50 people in front waiting for breakfast after 1 hour and 15 minutes decided to go get breakfast outside. Management was very unhelpful. Wouldn’t return my money. Had to leave for another hotel. Please help me get my money back

It was a modern hotel , like a cute lil boutique european hotel, it is in a busy part of time , due to the main avenue 33 , but its not a tourist trap zone , staff is very friendly and keep the place clean and tidy

This is a very well located hotel, but unfortunately they certainly will give you the worse room if you book a room with a great deal with this application, and believe me, I almost had an accident in the shower because they have no security bars, the bed was very hard, towels super worn out, and the amenities are not what you see in the pics. I had the chance to complain with one of the maids about how unsafe the room was, so she explained that there were two towers one for the foreign tourists and the other for the local visitors that will only stay for a couple of hours, and that I was located in the second one. This really made me super upset. Also, I had an issue with paying local sales tax that never showed on the hotels.com app, because I was a colombian citizen with an American passport but I don't reside in Colombia, but still they wanted me to pay the local taxes of 19% that is crazy. The hotels.com app showed a total price including all taxes, so the man in the front desk was rude and nasty since he will not believe the terms that showed everything paid already. The breakfast was the only good thing here. One thing I know, I will never come back to this hotel.

Good hotel but maybe not for everyone
This a good hotel but in a location that might intimidate non-locals. The good: nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. mall within walking distance. The not so good: at night area around hotel intimidating, staff doesn't speak english or very little, the hotel faces a very busy road and you can hear the noise all day and night, hotel rules not very clear (had a guest visit for a few hours and was charged the equivalent of a full day's room rate). If you want to experience a different part of Medellin away from the normal tourist spots, you may want to give the hotel a try.
