Wasnt the best 5 star hotel/ more loke a 3.5 hotel. Bathrroom wasnt proper loud noise due to water filling up the tank .. didnt flush proper. Didnt sleep well asked to change rooms or fix the problem- no response Everything was expensive and the treatment wasnt 100

Best hotel in Medellín. The food is alright and the spa is TERRIBLE. Colombia is still working in understanding high end services and quality. But that said, the staff is lovely and they provide good service. If you tip a little bit they provide excellent service. The hotel is clean and located on La Milla de Oro- near great restaurants and shopping and in a very safe area.
