En primer lugar si el establecimiento dice que ofrece el transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel debe preguntar si está incluido o no ..a nosotros nunca nos dijeron que había que pagar el servicio y la respuesta de “lógico” de la recepcionista que nos atendió no nos gustó para nada…y en segundo lugar nunca permitas que te alojen en el segundo o tercer piso el ruido de la calle y de los Airbnb alrededor nunca nos dejaba dormir y solo se resolvía con movernos a una habitación más arriba..después de estos inconvenientes la estadía estuvo bien

Hotel is located in a very noisy area; street people sleep in front of the hotel; weekend is very noisy; streets around hotel are dirty; traffic is non stop; menu is not nourishing for American travelers; I witness a person preparing a juice without the proper safegards;I got very sick with diarrea for 8 days; room was cleaned daily; I left the hotel on april 18.

Solid option for the price
The hotel is a good deal for the price. Staff is helpful and courteous, it has a good location and breakfast is included. Some things to note is that the rooms are on the small side and sparsely furnished (it is not a major hotel chain, so keep that in mind), the beds were very firm and there were only a few outlets to charge your electronic devices. Also, although it’s location is good (steps away from a supermarket, restaurants and bars, a few blocks from the metro), it can get loud at night (discotecas are right near by - download a white noise app if you are a light sleeper- we slept fine, but we were also exhausted).. it would be helpful if you could speak Spanish to facilitate any requests you might have.
