Staff on reception need to speak English properly, and the english speaking staff need to understand that multiple beds means more than one bed in the room which lead to three room changes and wasting a lot of time before I got the room I paid for. Not a good service from the IBIS chain of hotels unfortunatly

I really enjoyed the hotel's location. There were plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, stores, and even a Starbucks within walking distance. The room was spotless, but unfortunately, the bed wasn't very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
