My stay at the Landmark boutique hotel was a tale of two halves: In the first half, there were a couple issues regarding service and amenities in the room that caused some friction. However, after bringing up concerns with management they were very proactive, took feedback well, and ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant. Outside of this experience, the amenities and hotel are beautiful. It's elegant, chic, and the rooms are the kind of rooms you want to spend time in even if Medellin's beauty beckons. The food choices in the hotel (run by third parties) are ok. We preferred Smash since it had better service and healthier food. However, there are plenty of great food choices in a 5-minute radius. Also, it is fairly central to many of Medellin's sights and the area around it is fairly quiet versus other areas in El Poblado. Highly recommend this for couples or solo travelers looking to stay in a comfortable, stylish place, with a diligent team.

Nice property with a modern design, gym, and spa. The lobby is small but cozy, much like the rooms themselves. While the closet space is limited the rooms are well equipped, even with a steam iron. Very attentive and helpful staff. The only downside was breakfast at Smash: they charge for syrup with French toast and even ration sugar. They charged me for a tiny portion of syrup- about the size of a spoon!

I really enjoyed my stay at Landmarks Hotel! The place has a great vibe, everything was super clean, and my room was spotless. The rooftop pool has an amazing view that made my stay even better. The best part was the staff—everyone was so kind and helpful, especially Edwin and his colleague at the front desk. The hotel is also in a safe area with lots of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful three day stay here. The lobby and restaurant areas are just beautiful! Loved the decor! Staff was attentive and courteous. I would have given a five star but decided on a four as room maintenance and cleaning can be further improved. The deluxe room with balcony was quite nice (great view) but a bit too small in my opinion. When I brought up an issue regarding timely room cleaning it was addressed right away and we we were offered free transportation to the airport to compensate for the inconvenience. We appreciate that level of customer service! We would definitely come back here as we like the location and facilities.
