El servicio a la habitación es deficiente. No dejaron las toallas sufientes, ni papel higienico. además utilizar el TV Cable fue engorroso y dificil. En la zona VIP habia telarañas en el techo.

Staying at this property is pretty much like staying by yourself. The customer service is terrible. The food at the restaurant takes a very, very long time before you ever served. Nobody checks on you at the tables. The general demeanor of the staff at the front reception is not very friendly or accommodating. I am a very understanding person and very rarely will leave negative comments but I feel other people should be warned about this location. Not worth the price. You’re paying to the views not the service. At that price point the service should be amazing since those views can be found in other properties.

Incredible hotel. Amazing experience. Unbelievable view. Best in colombia in my humble opinion. If you want top notch experience , the best service , amazing food and beautiful pool , jacuzzi please do not hesitate to come to this hotel. It is a bit pricey, but totally worth it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the amazing views of the lake, the food, the pool and jacuzzi area, the way it integrates with the beautiful grounds. Didn’t like the dirt roads connecting to the lake marina and restaurant, too bumpy, should invest on some repaving.
