I’ve been in a few hotels but I have to say that this is just breath taking. Starting with the staff to all the amenities the hotel has like jet skies, pádel boards, boats, a private beach, indoor jacuzzi, etc etc I was just extremely happy with my stay. I will definitely stay there again and I totally recommend this hotel.

Loved the amazing ! Breathtaking view this hotel had around guatape . The sun setting and sun rising was just unbelievable. Would come back, just one thing though. I had to wait for an hour for my jet ski appointment, I was told if I was late or didn’t cancel 90 minz before I would be liable 100% for the payment. But when I waited over an hr for the guy in charge of the jet skis, there was no apology and was not offered any further accommodation. I asked to check out one hour later due to this inconvenience. And was told straight no that wasn’t our problem by hotel staff. And was told if I checked out any later a late fee would apply.

Blood on the bathroom wall, the pool had particles floating around and the restaurant food qas terrible and overpriced, the servers were also terrible. To get to this hotel the street is unpaved full of rocks and holes and during the night there are no lights very dangerous!

Really beautiful hotel and property with picturesque surroundings and ammenities. Hotel staff were attentive, our only issue was there were extremely disruptive guests on our floor who were partying all night, despite filing noise complaints they continued to party until 4am disrupting our sleep and rooms were not as soundproof as advertised.
