This hotel is located with a mall next to it so it is an ideal location for shopping & food. However the staff lack English & communication was difficult. I was first put in a room with a hard bed & the next day I asked to be moved. When I was moved to the second room the fridge didn't work & I could not get them to understand the feidge was not working. I had medication that needed to be in the fridge. It was very frustrating. Also, my luggage was lost by the my airline & I shared this upon arrival & but no seemed to care. I ha e stayed at a Novotel inThailand & that hotel gave me items for the night as my luggage was aa lost during that trip. My Thailand experience is why I choose this hotel but my stay here was not the best. The staff is not at all feiendly not helpful. I told them it was my birthday & no one acknowledged it. One guy name Guy was helpful & gave me a candy for my birthday as I was leaving for an event. He was the only person who acknowledged my special day. My stay in Medellinwas not was I expected it to be.

Este es un hotel totalmente básico. Lo único que es ventajoso es que queda dentro de un centro comercial. Por mejor precio se consiguen muchas mejores opciones en el area. La comida es terrible, el servicio bastante regular y las habitaciones no tienen un solo elemento que la haga acogedora. Las toallas desgastadas. La ducha no mezcla la temperatura del agua. El servicio muy regular y deficiente. No se siente uno en Medellin, que se caracteriza por la amabalidad de su gente. No lo recomiendo.

The hotel itself is connected with an upscale shopping center . It is very convenient . The hotel itself is modern, clean and the restaurants are very good. I would normally provide 4 or 5 stars however one thing anyone deciding to stay here is that this hotel does not allow any visitors to come by and say hello , to include family/relatives, or friends . I had a cousin visit and 1 employee who was kind said there is no problem as long as they don’t stay . While I arrived at my unit , my phone rang repeatedly and some woman informed me to come down and that no guests are allowed . I went downstairs and the woman was no where to be seen . Another gentleman told me I had to pay 100 dollars for my cousin coming to visit . I ultimately paid and my cousin left after 10 minutes. I complained to management who he apologized however I really hope they fire the night shift staff because they were extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was Mr birthday and they left me a nice note with a treat while I was out. They also gave us a really nice floor with an amazing view of Medellin. The property was very clean, had a nice modern feel and the staff was phenomenal. It was also really closed to the mall if you wanted to shop. I would highly this location!
