This is our 4th time staying at this property and the experience has always been wonderful! From the front desk staff, cleaning crew, the breakfast at the restaurant and the parking. Thank you. Our favorite part is the balcony in the room that we stayed in this time, great view and very relaxing!

There is new management and it is very disorganized. I’ll not be returning soon. I ordered and was served stale food. A bagel too hard for teeth . I asked for it to be remade or refunded, and the staff refused. I asked for a manager, and there was no manager on staff. I left a message for the manager at the front desk and messaged the hotel. Management never responded.

Not a safe place to keep your loney

Several of my family and friends were staying in other rooms at the hotel and were robbed of their money. They had put the money in a safe, but it was stollen and Management said they will see what they could do but did nothing to return the money. If you don’t want money to be stollen, do not leave it on the room.

They charged me for a breakfast I had when I arrived early on check in day even though I did not get early access to my room and I my paid reservation was for 2 people for 2 nights (so 4 breakfasts) but it ended up just being 1 person for the 2 nights and I had to leave at 2am before the kitchen opened so could not even have the last pre-paid breakfast.
