Was mislead about the hotel guest policy and than given bad information at check in I was told even if my guest was not there a check in that if I provided her name she could come register later in the day . When she got there the clerk said that she could not stay because the hotel policy I asked why was I given the wrong info and although he apologized I still ended up having to find a room at a different hotel , this place will take no responsibility for their own mistakes and I would advice any foreigner to find a hotel else where I have stayed in over 4 hotels in Medellín and never had this problem very sad and will be requesting a charge back with my credit card

The hotel was in great walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The roof top Pool was so relaxing and enjoyable. The ambiance was absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend This hotel for anyone staying in Medellín.
