This is the most beautiful place to stay! Witty details in the decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic food options. Great location— super safe in El Poblado, very walkable. Had a great time here.

Loved the whole vibe of the hotel... Very eclectic. Five restaurants to choose from! Staff were always helpful and pleasant. I do wish the lighting in the room was a bit better. And an iron would also be nice (although one was provided when asked).

Quirky, unique, cool, stylish hotel with attention to detail. The Lobby, Hallways, and Rooms are all beautiful and thoughtful but too dark. With better lighting and a few more nice things to have like more storage, this is a five star experience. Awesome location, basically ideal. Tons of food to choose from within a 1 block radius, not to mention excellent room service and in-hotel dining options. A 2-3 day stay would probably suffice and you wouldn't need as much storage so it would work well. Amer at the front desk and Jesus in the cool trench coat were great.

Quiet , nice outdoors.Did not like darkness on hallways and view from room.Hotel room should have more hangers and should not charge for coffee pods and bootleg of water.Thrse are basic free service for guests in other hotels around the world.The hairdryer was hard to handle and uncomfortable to use for hair dry
