The somos central staff were really kind. The location of the hotel is close to delicious restaurants and coffee shops. The water heater was a bit of an issue, especially in the mornings— don’t except hot showers if you take one in the morning. The breakfast was weak and offered limited food that went out quick. But overall great service and beautiful stay with lots of wonderful greenery.

Ubicado estratégicamente entre Parque Lleras y El Poblado, este hotel ofrece una excelente localización para quienes desean explorar lo mejor de Medellín. Las instalaciones son modernas, las habitaciones se mantienen impecablemente limpias y la cama es realmente cómoda, ideal para un buen descanso. El desayuno, disponible a diario, es una ventaja adicional, y el servicio en general es de primera. Además, tuve la oportunidad de solicitar un masaje terapéutico y la experiencia fue excelente. ¡Muy recomendable!

Muy agradable tanto el lugar como el servicio. La primera habitación que nos dieron, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero luego Luisa, la chica de recepción, quien siempre se mostró muy atenta, fue por nosotros y nos cambió de habitación. En general, muy buena experiencia por el precio.
