El hotel es nuevo,es limpio,su personal es amable,servicial respetuoso y muy atento,el tema es que faltan algunas cosas como por ej un te en el cuarto para uno comunicarse con recepcion o un simple gancho en el baño para colgar los toallones.Por lo demas, se me olvido vaciar una gabeta y sin pretender que me enviaran la ropa,solo darme la alternativa de decidir.

First of all is not excellent as is shown on travelocity! I dont know why this pages dont have people staying at places they promote without knowing rhem First, to start when we arrived it was raining and the valet didn't move to get an umbrella even when he saw 6 women 2nd, no fridge or microwave on rooms not even ice on floors 3rd tv never worked even when they sent 3 times personal to fix it 4th rooms arw not quite you hear the music from club next to hotel, 6th, rooms are small even when i pay for tribe xtra still small room.. if you dont mind any of this them its ok to stay in this place call tribe hotel. I stay here on November 3rd to nov 9th / 2024. First time in Colombia. Colombia thought is worth it!! Go!!

Everything is walking distance. Not in the middle but the right by the starting point of everything going on. Location is great. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Clean. Only one day hot water ran out for some reason but rest of the stay was great. Will go back
