This apartment hotel is one of the best in the area near the Segundo Parque de Laureles (Second Park of Laureles). The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful special thanks to the team at the lobby: Santiago, Carlos, Cristian, and Juan. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of an area filled with restaurants and lounges. Popular fast-food options like Burger King and McDonald’s are just minutes away. For those looking to experience Colombian nightlife, you can visit Carrera 70, a vibrant street located about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. It’s packed with restaurants, clubs, street food, and more. However, if you prefer a more relaxed vibe, the area around the hotel itself is perfect. The hotel is still under construction, and they are currently working on the rooftop. There is no restaurant at the hotel yet hopefully, they will add one in the future. However, they do have a small sitting area in the lobby with a café. Aside from that, the hotel is absolutely perfect.

Quite enjoyed our stay at Urbit. Great and helpful staff, who were happy to suggest (better) options for all our needs. Really liked the breakfast options at the restaurant. Cafe downstairs is very convenient. Nice area around with great dining options, we felt safe walking around it. One thing to note is some windows are along the busy main street, so it's loud (sounded as if our washroom window was open, which it was not). We ended up closing the washroom door for the night, which helped.

Great stay! We were on the 12th floor where there was construction on the floor above. There was some water leakage and an outage because of the construction. I think once the construction is done, the stay would have been perfect!

I really liked this place! I was a solo traveler and felt safe in the area day and nighttime, area always had someone at the front door and I even walked to the hotel late at night after a concert, the room and service was amazing I could easily talk to anyone through WhatsApp. I was out a lot but I definitely had everything I needed in my room! I’m definitely staying here again when I come back to Medellin

Todo estaba super lindo. Nos dijeron que es un hotel recien abierto al publico have 4 meses, por ende todo está impecable. Dos sugerencias: En la regadera, colocar una puerta para evitar salpicar el resto del baño (tocó estar secando). En el desayuno, como no es de buffet y es restaurante tailandes, y es a la carta, colocar una foto para saber que es lo que le van a servir a uno. 2 cosas pequeñas, superadas por mucho por el resto del excelente servicio, limpieza, comodidad y seguridad, dentro y fuera del hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sin dura alguna.

Terrible stay at this property. Hidden additional "security fee" collected upon check in. Hotel is next to a night club or bar with loud music until late in the morning. Awful experience overall.

I was originally on the 11th floor and asked to me moved due to noise from the construction above. The new room was exactly the same with everything you need except a bottle opener. I would have stayed longer and will come again. When the roof is completed it will be really great. Only one elevator

Stay somewhere else. The room wasn’t ready when I arrived understandable, I was early. I came back later to discover that the room had been ready for a while and they didn’t bother to call me. He gave me a key, and didn’t tell me the room number, it wasn’t on the key, so I had to go back down. The only way to open or shut the door was to jam it with your shoulder. The room had AC, but it didn’t work great. The coffe maker didn’t work. The shower backed up and flooded the floor and my clothes. When I informed the front desk, he told me that it was stopped up in all rooms. All in all a very amateurish operation, trying to be nice, but failing miserably.
