This is one of the nicer places to stay in Medellin. Our accommodations were comfortable and it was easy to get around town from this location. The rooftop bar, Ze View, was amazing. Really enjoyed the cocktails and appetizers. Also, the buffet breakfast is very good with excellent service from the wait staff. My only negatives (and keeping me from giving this a 5 star) is that we reported a problem with our bathroom sink where water would spray everywhere when the faucet was turned on. Despite us reporting this and asking to have it fixed, it was never repaired during our 3 day stay. In addition, my wife discovered that a power bank phone charger was missing from the nightstand on our day of check out. Probably our fault for not putting it in the room safe, but didn’t expect this from a luxury hotel.

Lack of attentiveness Not long after check-in housekeeping barged in my room without knocking. I called front desk twice to get extra towels. The first time I waited over an hour and they did not show up to the room. The second time housekeeping showed up an hour later with the towels. I sat in a nearly empty bar for a drink and was not checked on nearly 45mins after getting my first drink.

The Check in Experience was horrible, very un-organized and waited almost 1 hour to check in. Once I checked In , the room service opened the door to my room and I haven't even ordered anything, very very creepy. The next day I was looking forward to enjoy the pool in the AM, but they had closed it for maintenance, which was very discouraging. Never staying there again

Great room with an incredible view. The staff is nice - everything with a smile. The location is terrible. Not walkable at all. With traffic and inability to easily access Uber by hotel, it’s just not conducive to a vacation. Not for day stuff and definitely not for night entertainment. We switched hotels it became so inconvenient. Restaurant is average at best and while the staff is nice, they have little to know training in being a waiter. Just an unorganized mess. Truly unfortunate. But the reviews, were spot on, I should have trusted them. Great room, beautiful views, lousy location, below average restaurant. Its an apartment with a restaurant, not a hotel experience!

I was at this property two years ago, it was fun, luxurious, had a good and warm welcome and with a lot of visitors but my recent visit is the opposite. All explanation was that there is a new management and there are new rules; exorbitant charges on having visitors over not registered at point of check in! If you are coming to the city, I hope you are not surprised at the last minute with these charges and you have no alternative option. I hope you read the reviews, not the 10/10s and do your research to get a place that soothes the purpose of your visit to Medellin. Secondly, It is definitely not luxury, sheets, towels, broken iron board, safe didn’t work till reported. I give kudos to the staff and workers that I interacted with, they were great.

Comfortable but Misleading rules
The accomodation was ok, comfortable and clean. However, they would charge you 100 US dollars for any guest that visits you, even if you paid for 2 guests or if it was only for a moment. That was very shady and not in their rules online when booking. The front desk claimed that this was the new management policy.
