Gym was very minimal. One of the best potential views in the place was blocked off. Facilities were nice, modern and clean. Did not appreciate how they tried to charge for things that are typically included. For instance just using the jacuzzi is like 30 US dollars. Nice heated pool with good view. Good location.

It was great from when i walked in the door from the front desk to bartenders, servers and housekeeping staff. All of them made you feel like i was the most important thing to them. Front desk every time i walked by asked how things are and offered to help in every way to make my stay easier

Staff were very helpful. Always going above and beyond. Room was amazing never had not one issue. A little confused as to how to receive my paid breakfast. I kind of just winged it. All though that might have been my own issue of working up the courage to ask. No complaints at all. Definitely recommend staying here. I didnt realize i came during the high season which is why prices were a bit high for the rooms. I am definitely coming back

Everyone is very hospitable. All the concierges are bilingual and friendly. Diego and Fran the bartenders are great people. What really blew me away were the ballon’s on the walls, the message on the mirror, and a birthday cake in my room ready with a decorative plate. Superb service, will definitely be returning.
