My reservation was canceled unexpectedly. Hopefully this will not happen again to anyone else in the future!
They had a check in window which i did not notice on the confirmation. We did not check in by the time the window closed so they canceled my reservation and didn't bother letting me know. So we drive 5 and a half hours and had no where to sleep.
Horrible Scary Shack of Hell on Riverside in Meddy
Hello i pulled up to Medford after a long day of flights already had my room Paid for and booked . Showed up to my little motel and theres a sign on door any 1 that paid for the next like week cant have a room so i such around the half dismantled property to find some tattooed wanna be tweaker to come out and tell me theres nothing they can do and no reason but i just cant stay there . Worst experience and motel i been to somone send in the health department please Crack all over the place there pookie.
Didn't have a view because when I arrived the office was closed and had a sign on the door saying NO VACANCY and to call the number....spend a long time on hold and no one answered. I had Expedia reach out to them and they could not do so for days. Then I didn't get a refund because they weren't available. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY GET A ROOM AND NO REFUNDS!!!
Due to the recent fires in Southern Oregon the American Red Cross is booking all the rooms in the local hotels for the fire victims. Rooms are not available for anyone without a Red Cross voucher. I need a full refund.
There were no warnings that master key was stolen from the check in desk; at least I wasn't told that until after my tablet was stolen from my room, while I was at work. That tablet was a birthday present this year. Besides that, us two guests were only given one set of towel, and we had to request pillow cases upon arrival.. plus that room was not nearly thoroughly cleaned.
The place was dirty, my bathroom was no very clean, the staff were never in at the front desk, I had to wait 3 hours outside cause the card key didn’t open and there was nobody to fix it
This place is absolutely disgusting. There were bugs everywhere. The tv has a hole in the screen and didn’t work. There were water bottles left in the room. There was holes in the walls. The walls we’re filthy. The carpet was sticky. The room just smelt so bad. We ended up going back to the office and getting out deposit back and leaving. The person who finally came to open the door was on something. We have stayed there in the past and it was never like that. We will never go back. The worst experience ever.
Although my reservation was confirmed through hotels.com ahead of time, when we arrived at this OYO hotel, office was locked, nobody was there to help. Only messy hand written note was posted at the door that hotel was sold out and a contact number for refund. It was almost midnight. This is why l reserved a room ahead of time. Hotels.com SHOULD NOT list this kind of horribly managed hotel on the site !!
I arrived at 5pm. The door was locked. No one answered to the door bell or phone. I sat in my car for 1.5 hours. I tried again with no luck. Hotels.com had to move me motels.

The supposed to be front desk person and or people.... would not even answer the phone or the front main lobby door n... absolutely the worst experience ever
