The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and provided a wine bottle opener and glasses when requested. Great area for dogs to walk and nice facility for dogs. The rooms are spacious, clean comfortable and there’s a separate toilet bath area from the sinks and make up area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Nice clean property with updated, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was OK but they could use more parking spots. We got back from a play and had to park in the restaurant parking lot overnight as there were no more spots available.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and staff members were welcoming. Our room was on the second floor above the pool. There was loud people in the pool area until about 10:30/10:45 at night when we were trying to sleep.

Room 303. As soon as we checked in we mentioned to the front desk that out sink would not drain. Filled with water and was not useable. They said they would have someone come in the morning. In the morning a spanish speaking woman showed up with a plunger. Didnt return after explaining that it was the sink. Apparently the office thought my toilet was backed up and were perfectly happy with keeping us without a working toilet, if this was in fact the issue we had. The staff should have been more on top of this. Never heard back from the front desk. 2 nights 3 days without a working sink. Also, the toilet in room 303 had an issue and water was running all day and night. Kept us awake both nights. Will not stay here again! This is why we typically stay away from Best Western.

It was 108 so it was pretty hot in the air conditioning work great. We swim with the pool and soaked in the spa and it was enjoyable. Good Wi-Fi connection and larger than normal accommodating room
