I bought a number of grocers and put them in the refrigerator. The next day everything was frozen. This was the second time it had happened. On my last night of my stay, there was a leak in the ceiling over the toilet. I had to move everything out of my room to another one. It was very inconvenient. No offer of help.

The whole hotel is very outdated and dirty, there were transients/tweakers roaming around outside, the breakfast was awful, no proteins offered, no real butter, syrup was cold and it was a filthy area…hot tub water was green and the pool was ice cold, not heated at all and no pool towels available, water was all over the hardwood floors outside the pool area in the corridors creating a slip hazard…carpets in rooms were torn and stained bad, the tv remote was missing pieces and taped together with scotch tape, lol…loud banging noises all night and the smell of cigarette smoke kept creeping in the large gap in the door…on a positive note the bed was quite comfy and the night front desk clerk was very nice and friendly, all in all, would not stay again, I was grateful it was just one night, should’ve read the reviews first but it was a last minute trip and it had to work in a pinch

Staff was great. Room had some repair issues. One small trash can for the bathroom, no trash can in the main room. 4 very small pillows - more like large marsh mellows - per bed. Interior pool and jacuzzi were really quite nice. The Breakfast Bar was on par with others we’ve enjoyed.

This was a very mediocre stay. The rooms were clean-ish. Meaning my bed was clean, but the floors were heavily stained with what i assume was pet urine. There were dogs and cats whining all night long. Every night. The breakfast was not great either. The potatoes tasted frozen and were not fully cooked. and the waffle area was so dirty. We had no shampoo, conditioner or soap. No Wash cloths and only a couple of towels. When we asked for more, we were told they were all in the laundry and that they would bring us more when they were done. That never happened. At least 2 customers were yelling at staff about something (not sure what) and one customer told me and my husband to be careful cuz they lie there. Our experience with staff was great. The one employee that was there most of our stay seemed to be doing everything, and he was still incredibly nice and proffessional.

We had to get our key reset three times just to get in the room. The attendant was very nice but after numerous tries just to get in the room it started things off horribly. When I finally got in the room I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. I tried but the shower drained at a snail’s pace, which had me wading in dirty water. Not trying to be critical but I’m not coming back.

The comforter had stains all over it. Probably blood, which ultimately just sets the tone for the entire stay. Management replaced the linen. We left a day early..
