Breakfast potatoes were not quite cooked through and tepid. Carpet in room is unraveling at seam. Clomping and voice noise heard from adjacent guest room. Large trucks were allowed to park in multiple spaces nearest building rather than further away requiring longer walk to parking spots for guests with autos. But still, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was overly warm and not cleaned very well.miscellaneous stuff on floor. Shower needed to be cleaned and re-caulked. Was black and grimy. Breakfast was not ready at set time we had to be at ball fields early and no hot food was ready till after 6:30. Just kind of disappointing over all.

Not clean and breakfast was gross. Found a wound dressing from blood draw on the floor in the room and dirty q tip. My fridge was unplugged. When i tried to plug it in, water spilled all over the floor. I wont stay there again. The carpet especially needs cleaned and I couldnt even walk on it without shoes.

My number one complaint was they charged me an exta $20 for each night, than if I would have paid on expedia. Second, my wife found a cockroach in the bathroom. We have video. The new lady was nice enough to move us into a new room. Except this one smelled like smoke. She found us another room next door that was fine, except the rod holding the curtain shower had pulled away from the wall. The water was getting all over the floor of the bathroom. I tried calling the manager several times and even left a message. I just wanted to at least be refunded the $40 that they over charged me. I will never stay at this Clarion or any other Clarion ever again. I tried to give the manager a chance to try to right the wrong. He left me no choice. Beware is all I can say. We only spent 2 nights here and all this crap happened.

We were greeted with a smile when we arrived the lady at the counter checked us in then informed us where our room was. She then explained the hotel from continental breakfast, the swimming pool area and times and was very helpful. She then explained different restaurants in the area. This is why I would use this hotel again and refer it to friends. The lady taking care of the continental breakfast was outstanding. The area was clean both mornings and the food was delicious, she asked if we needed anything while we were there. I love a clean hotel, clean eating area and great customer service. This Clarion hotel was 5 stars in every area. Thank you for an excellent stay. 👍

Worst Stay Ever — Dirty Rooms, Rude Staff, and Discrimination We booked two rooms for $150 per night each ($300 total for just 1night) and it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. When we arrived, the front desk person was busy flirting with a young woman while I stood there waiting for about 5–7 minutes with small kids. When I politely asked for help checking in, he gave me a strange look before finally assisting us. As soon as we entered both rooms, we were shocked — the rooms smelled terrible, there were hairs in the bathtub, dirty towels, broken closet doors, and even pet hair on the beds. It was nearly impossible to breathe in there. We went back to the front desk and asked if we were mistakenly given pet-friendly rooms because of the smell, but he rudely denied it and said there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. Since we had small children and elderly parents with us, we didn’t want to make a scene, so we tried to make it through the night — but it was awful. My husband and I barely slept and were ready to leave by 6 a.m. The morning front desk staff confirmed that rooms 201 and 203 were pet-friendly. That confirmed our suspicion — we were treated unfairly and likely given those rooms because of our skin color. We left feeling disrespected, disgusted, and deeply disappointed. Never again will we stay at this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

There was poop on the wall in the bathroom. When I wanted to say it at checkout I felt very rushed and didn’t get to say anything. The smoke alarm was covered by a plastic bag, and there was no elevator which they only tell you via a sign at check-in. The guy at check-in was kind, just felt like I needed to shower from staying in that room. Would have asked for my money back if I wasn’t rushed when checking out.

The staff members were a bit snippy at first, but once we got into the check in procedure they got a lot better. The elevator was down for maintenance, so we had to swap rooms as I am disabled and cannot make it upstairs (especially several flights of stairs) but it all worked out in the end and the person who checked me in was very helpful in getting me settled in.

Elevators were out of order the entire time I was there. For eight days. Had to go up three flights of stairs to my room. And I was at the end of the hallway and somebody puts their clothes in the dryer at midnight. Very noisy!!!
