The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Has a nice continental breakfast selection. Lots of lighting in the parking area. Nice pool. A quiet quiet well appointed Hotel.

Old and needs a little bit of work
The staff was helpful in fixing a mistake I made in booking. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. The facility is in need of refurbishing. Older and beat up. Not very clean either.

The beds are 34 inches off the floor and extremely difficult to get in and out of. The toilets are very low. The towels provided were skimpy and there was only one washcloth in our two person room. I feel this place highly overrated. The curtains had spots on them and it sounded like someone using a chainsaw outside the building at about 6 am

Nice hotel - stay here often.
Always enjoy staying here, friendly efficient, knowledgeable staff. Need more lamps/light in this room and one more chair - other stays here these two things were not a probem. Will stay here again.

I regret my stay at Clarion Point. The staff were friendly enough, but the hotel was very poorly kept. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke that they try to cover up with some kind of strong scent. There were sketchy people out front pushing shopping carts and smoking our entire stay. The stairwells had garbage piled in them and the carpets were dirty and stained. Our actual room smelled better and had clean sheets, but there was an extremely large gap at the bottom of the door, nearly two inches, that we had to cover up with towels. The carpet and walls in the room were as dirty as the rest of the building. Overall, I do not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay. Next time I will be more diligent in selecting a hotel to avoid another terrible weekend

Don't stay here!
It was horrible! I knew I should've left right away, but I reassured myself it was only for 1 night and we were soo tired after being on the road for over 12 hours. It smelled funny right when we got into the lobby, it was dirty, the room was gross. Stained carpet, the AC smelled of human pee, the comforter had blood stains on it, the parking lot filled with homeless and drug users as soon as the sun started going down, we feared our car was going to be broken into. We were next to the stairs and kept hearing the door to outside opening and closing. We couldn't sleep because we were so sketched out, we ended up checking out before 1am. My fiance had me wait at the door with our belongings while he grabbed the car.
