After a long day at Hershey Park, we arrived late and were hoping for a clean, comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, that was not the case. While the lobby appeared decent, it had an odd smell that set the tone for the rest of our stay. When we entered the room, the odor of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The room itself was in poor condition — the air conditioning unit had towels placed underneath it, the flooring was lifting, and the bathroom was unacceptable. There was visible mold on the shower walls, and the toilet seat was stained and appeared to have been used by people smoking in the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of this property were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The entire staff, from the concierge, to the housekeeping staff is amazing. Everyone is very friendly, and very prompt with any assistance you ma need. I truly enjoy staying at this hotel.

Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was very good with many options including fresh Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. Although an older hotel, very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
