Staff was great, I just wish there were more of them (we had to go down to the front desk for sheets). My family loved the indoor pool. The continental breakfast was very good, with the exception of the coffee.

Not all Holiday Inn Express Hotels follow the same IGH principles.. Medford hotel doesn’t appear to keep high standards with the overall condition of the rooms and the lack of professionalism with the front desk staff. Nothing like the Holiday Inn Express at Keizer Station, Oregon. Will not return.

Ive stayed here at least 6x. Staff is always nice. Room is clean. Water is hot. Parking is good. Theres plenty of dining choices a 2minute drive, a Fred Myer a couple min drive & a Starbucks & Walmart across the street. I use this hotel as a stopping point for the night before going over the pass into CA.
