Room had a moldy, mildew smell. Beds were not comfortable. Online offered an extended late check out for additional cost we were willing to pay for, but manager would not allow. Hotel allowed pets, but there is no exterior pet area. Will not be staying here again.

They had a pool and what they called a hot tub. Hot tub was not hot at all. After sitting in it I had to go to my room for a hot shower. I was cold. I though it may warm up of I turned on the bubbles... I was wrong

Perfect!
I LOVED the Breakfast!!! I come in with my semi & trailer & can't drive anywhere for breakfast. I bring my elderly Mother with me on this particuar run & walking anywhere is too hard on her. So to have this level of breakfast is absolutely amazing! I love this place!

After visiting several other hotels in the Medford area recently and being hugely disappointed, I found this gem of a hotel and will never go anywhere else! Clean facilities, courteous staff who are more than eager to please. Comfort, convenience and priced right!
